About
Founded the day history was made.
Saudi Nuclear Energy was founded on July 22, 2026 — the day the United States and Saudi Arabia signed their landmark civilian nuclear cooperation agreement.

Founder
Jamal Allen
Jamal Allen has spent 20 years building workforce infrastructure for EPC, transmission and distribution, substation, and energy infrastructure programs across the United States.
He founded Saudi Nuclear Energy on the conviction that the Kingdom's nuclear buildout will create one of the most significant executive and technical talent markets of the next two decades — and that the firms and professionals who move first will define the program's leadership bench.
We work with the owners, EPC firms, technology providers, engineering companies, construction contractors, operators, and investors driving new-build nuclear programs. Every mandate is executed with a clear understanding of where the client sits in the wider nuclear delivery ecosystem.
Our practice combines retained executive search, contingent professional search, confidential replacement work, market mapping, and multi-year workforce planning — always grounded in structured market intelligence.
Saudi Nuclear Energy is an independent private business. It is not an official Saudi government entity, nuclear regulator, utility, or government-affiliated organization.
